Job Description: Sadiqiyyah Education is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of the primary school, ensuring a high standard of education and administrative efficiency. Initially, this is a part-time position, with the potential to become a full-time role based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the primary school.
- Coordinate with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure a smooth educational process.
- Implement and maintain school policies and procedures.
- Manage budgets, resources, and school facilities.
- Ensure compliance with educational standards and regulations.
- Foster a positive and inclusive school environment.
- Support staff development and training initiatives.
Qualifications:
- A Master’s Degree is preferred.
- A Bachelor’s degree with a major in Mathematics, Statistics, Accounting, or Econometrics is required.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven experience in educational management or a related field.
