Job Description: Sadiqiyyah Education is looking for a motivated and organized Assistant Manager to support the daily operations of our primary school. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the school manager to ensure smooth administrative processes and support the educational environment. This role is ideal for individuals looking to grow their career in educational management, starting part-time with the potential for a full-time position based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the daily operations of the primary school.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of school policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with teachers, staff, and parents to facilitate effective communication.
  • Help manage budgets, resources, and school facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with educational standards and regulations.
  • Assist in fostering a positive and inclusive school environment.
  • Support staff development and training initiatives.

 

Qualifications:

  • A Master’s Degree is preferred.
  • A Bachelor’s degree with a major in Mathematics, Statistics, Accounting, or Econometrics is required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Previous experience in educational management or a related field is a plus.
