Lecturer (Unqualified)

We are seeking an Unqualified Lecturer to join our team. The role involves supervising and teaching adult education, secondary, and post-secondary courses to students beyond the minimum school leaving age. As an Unqualified Lecturer, your responsibilities will include:

1. Delivering lectures, seminars, and tutorials.
2. Administering and grading exams, essays, and assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct engaging lectures, seminars, and tutorials.
2. Design and implement curriculum and lesson plans for diverse student groups.
3. Assess and provide constructive feedback on student assignments and examinations.
4. Support students in their academic and professional development.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching practices and student outcomes.

Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to engage and motivate students from various backgrounds.

Salary:

The salary for this role is £23,250 per year, which is above the Home Office threshold for an Unqualified Lecturer.
